President’s Welcome
Greetings,
It is with great honor and gratitude that I serve as President of the Anchorage Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.. I am humbled by the opportunity to lead alongside such an inspiring group of mothers who are deeply committed to the growth, development, and success of our children and our community.
The Anchorage Chapter is comprised of dynamic, dedicated women united by a shared purpose—to nurture future African-American leaders through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic responsibility. Our children are the heart of everything we do, and our collective commitment to their well-being drives the work of this chapter.
As mothers, we recognize the importance of providing our children with meaningful experiences that foster confidence, cultural pride, service, and lifelong friendships. Through intentional programming, community partnerships, and shared experiences, we strive to equip our Jacks and Jills with the tools they need to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Equally important is the bond we share as mothers. Sisterhood, collaboration, and mutual support are the foundation of our chapter’s strength. Together, we will continue to build upon the legacy established by those who came before us—honoring our history while embracing opportunities for growth, innovation, and impact.
On behalf of the leadership and membership of the Anchorage Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., I warmly welcome you. I look forward to a year of connection, service, and continued excellence as we work together to uplift our children, our families, and our community.
Long live Jack and Jill,
Allison Reed
